I am very curious what age group / subject you are teaching this year? What are the demographics of the school district you are employed by? How do you implement your teaching philosophy and ideals, while still following district and state requirements?

right now I am working with preschool kids actually toddlers,but I have worked with all ages groups. I don’t work within a school district but do think it is work challenging all rules, but understand teachers who feel it is best to do best by their students by not. challenging the rules.
